Valenijn Overeem v. Ray Sefo

First bum fight of the night, Alistair’s younger brother versus the 39 year-old Ray Sefo, who is a geriatric Kiwi kickboxer with two MMA fights to his credit. Overeem is pretty huge, but not as big as his brother.

Round 1- The Overeem brothers are in tip-top condition thanks to all the horse meat they’ve been eating. Sefo looks like he’s in worse shape than me and I just sit on my ass all day reading the internet. Few punches, Overeem with the double leg to the ground, Sefo does not have the foggiest idea what the fuck he is doing and Overeem chokes Sefo out immediately. 

That was an awful fight.  Total embarrassment.  Can’t get much worse.
