UFC 143 Live: Dustin Poirier vs Max Holloway

Round 1-Both fighters start out pretty active with the striking. Poirier is landing more shots at the moment. Holloway throws a big flying knee, but misses. Dustin shoots, but Holloway stuffs it. Poirier tries again, picks Max up, and slams him into the full mount with half the round left. Poirier lands a bunch of shots as Max tries to sweeps.

Dustin sinks an armbar, but turns it into a triangle. Max flips over, but he still has the triangle/full mount/armbar. It looks like he is about to break Holloway’s arm. Max taps.

Dustin Poirier wins by submission with the mounted triangle armbar.
