UFC 141 Live: Jon Fitch vs Johny Hendricks

Jon Fitch is very good at winning, but he generally wins by maintaing top control for three rounds. I’m hoping Johny Hendricks can stop the takedowns and scores a knockout. Hendricks is an elite wrestler as well, so it isn’t out of the question.

I don’t want to sound like some knucklehead that doesn’t appreciate the ground game, but Fitch is terrible to watch. It isn’t like Fitch tries to finish fights. He just scores points via top control.

Round 1-Hendricks lands a wide left right on Fitch’s chin. He follows Fitch to the ground and lands another left, the ref jumps in. The fight is over after just twelve seconds. Thank goodness that was short. Fitch was stiff as a board after the second shot. Once it was over Fitch tried to wrestle referee Steve Mazzagatti. Huge win for Hendricks.
