UFC 137: Dennis Siver vs Donald Cerrone

Dennis Siver is known for a killer spinning back kick. Both he and Donald Cerrone have looked good recently. But Cerrone is way more technical and has the advantage in reach.

Round 1-Cerrone comes out and lands a kick to the body. Cerrone looks like he’s willing to kickbox with the German. Cerrone catches Siver with a left kick to the face; Siver is hurt and shooting for dear life. Cerrone rocks him again, but Siver is able to push Cerrone up against the fence.

It’s going to be a difficult fight for Siver if he gets beaten in the kickboxing portion of the program, since that’s the bulk of his game. Siver just landed a nice left hook. Cerrone looks unfazed. Cerrone throws an inside leg kick and right punch combo, catches Siver again and follows him to the canvas to choke him out. Cerrone by rear naked choke in the first. Nice fight. Cerrone really outclassed Siver.
