Just got back from work and here we are in stunning standard definition. We’re close to 10,000 followers, so I’ll try not to be too grouchy about the lack of HD. Gotta try that New Mood shit that Joe Rogan is always hyping on his podcast. Got a bottle the other day. Maybe I’ll do a review of it or something. Live updates after the jump:[[MORE]]

10-9 Dos Anjos.  Blurry Hooters commercial on this shitty standard definition channel. These chicks are not particularly enthusiastic cue card readers.  Njokuani is losing this fight and needs to step up the action.  Telegraph his kicks less.

Round 3: Njokuani throwing kicks, but Dos Anjos is avoiding them.  Dos Anjos lands a leg kick.  Dos Anjos blocks a mid level kick.  Dos Anjos lands a left.  Njokuani lands a pair of punches finishing with an uppercut, but he’s going to need more than that to win this fight.  Njokuani is not pushing the action.  Probably very tired after fighting off dos Anjos those last two rounds.  Dos Anjos lands a punch.  dos Anjos ties up Njokuani with two and a half minutes left and is working a single.  If he can just tie up Njokuani for the next two minutes, he’ll win it.

Dos Anjos picks up Njokuani and tries to slam him, but Njokuani lands on his feet.  They separate, but Dos Anjos ties him up again and picks him up and dumps him on his ass.  6 takedowns this fight for Dos Anjos on 16 attempts.  Landing punches and elbows from the top.  Dos Anjos is working for the finish.  Njokuani gets up, but Dos Anjos has him by the crotch and the round ends.

10-9 Dos Anjos

No question about it. 30-27 for Dos Anjos. Eh. Only two judges agree. One had it 29-28. Rafael Dos Anjos by unanimous decision. Must have given Njokuani the first. It was the only round that was remotely close and Dos Anjos landed the biggest punch in that round.
