Pat Healy vs Mizuto Hirota

Round 1: Hook from Mizuto Hirota, Pat Healy lands a nice elbow from the clinch.  Hirota pushes Healy up against the fence with two under hooks.  Hirota gets the takedown with four minutes to work.  Ref is telling them to work.  Hirota lands a few shots before the ref stands them up.  Healy lands a left.  Healy shoves Hirota gainst the fence, but Hirota turns him around.  Hirota lands a left hook.  Healy grabs the single, but Hirota gets out of it and has Healy shoved against the fence again.  Healy with a shoulder strike.  Hirota shoves Healy against the fence.  Healy shoves hirota, but Hirota sidesteps it.  Healy looks like shit thus far.  Healy lands an elbow.  Healy lands a left.  Healy lands an elbow in the clinch as Hirota shoves him against the fence.

Round 2: Hirota lands a left.  Healy lands an elbow.  Hirota lands a shot to the body and a left to the head.  Hirota lands another two left hooks.  Hirota pushes Healy against the fence, has two underhooks and gets the takedown.  When was the last time you saw a Japanese fighter manhandle an American wrestler like this? Hirota has been beastly so far.  Someone is bleeding bad.  There is blood on Hirota’s face, I think his nose is bleeding.  Healy pushes Hirota against the cage, lands a few shots to the body, but Hirota shrugs him off and lands a right.  Healy shoots and Hirota stuffs it, but Healy keeps working and gets a nice takedown with two minutes to work.  Healy has not done any damage so far.  Healy starts working the body, but the punches aren’t doing much.  Hirota’s eye is bleeding as he sits up against the cage.  His right eye is busted up and he is blinking a ton.  Hirota is back to his feet and finally it seems as though the bigger Healy is able to use his size to his advantage.  Healy lands a right elbow as they disengage.  and Then another left from Healy.  Hirota lands a lunging right hand and the fighters clinch up.  Healy shoots for the takedown again, but Hirota shuts it down.

Round 3: Hirota lands a left and then a right.  Hirota lands a left to the body and has Healy against the cage.  Crowd boos.   Healy turns Hirota around.  Fighters are just clinched up against the cage doing nothing.  Ref breaks them up.  Healy and landing his jab.  Hirota just landed two vicious left hooks.  Hirota lands a right.  Healy has a leg, but Hirota is landing a bunch of punches while he goes for the takedown.  Healy isn’t doing shit and Hirota gets back to his feet.  Healy gets another leg and Healy is on top, but isn’t really doing anything.  Hirota landing some hammerfifsts from the bottom.  Hirota is able to get Healy off him.  Hirota is coming forward and popping Healy, but Healy gets another takedown on the shot.  Healy is going to fitch the siht out of Hirota for the rest of the fight.  There’s only a minute left.  Healy is working the ground and pound.  Hirota gets up, but Healy has his back and gotes for a choke as the round ends.

10-9 Healy I guess.  He was on top more. Another decision.  Will someone finish the fight.

Unanimous decision 30-27 and 29-28 (twice) for Pat Healy.  Jesus. I don’t know how the fuck they gave Healy the first round. Right guy won, I think, but we’ve been seeing some odd scores from the judges.
