Karlos Vemola vs Francis Carmont

Round 1: Karlos Vemola shoots for the double and Francis Carmont has his neck, but lets it go. Karlos has a bodylock and gets a takedown into side control. Carmont gets him off, but Vemola has his arm into a guillotine. Vemola is yoked man, his biceps are huge. Vemola pulls guard, but doesn’t have enough leverage to finish the choke. Carmont tells the ref he’s fine and pops his head out. Now he’s on the top and working elbows from side control, but Vemola has his feet on the cage and is trying to roll.
Carmont works to full mount and is going for a shoulder lock, but Vemola is able to work back and gets Carmont into his guard. Vemola works back to his feet. Carmont shoots and falls into another guillotine by Vemola, but Carmont again looks like he’s not in any trouble at all. He pops his head out as the round ends.
I score that one for Carmont 10-9.
Round 2: Carmont starts off with a perfect head kick, but Vemola doesn’t look like he felt it and locks Carmont up. Vemola goes for the single, Carmont goes for a guillotine, Vemola is on top for a second, but Vemola works back up again. The fighters are locked up. Carmont goes down and falls into a crucifix position; he transitions to a tight rear naked choke that ends the fight.
