Frank Mir breaks Big Nog's Arm in Round One

Frank Mir has 20 pounds on Nog and beat the holy shit out of him last time when he was smaller. Nog looked good in his last fight against Schaub. I still think that Mir is going to win this one by knockout in the first. He’s just so much bigger.

Round 1-Nog landing the left jab a few times. Mir against the cage eating rights. Mir turns Nog around against the cage. Mir looks tired. Goes for the takedown and is in half guard. Minotauro stands and has Mir against the cage.

Nog is landing some really nice elbows and knees from the clinch. Big Nog connects again. Mir is done for. Big Nog punches him a few times and then goes for a guillotine, but Frank rolls on top.

Frank rolls and has an arm. He’s going for a kimura. I think he’s got it, but Nog rolls out. Nog taps. Mir by kimura. HOLY SHIT MIR SUBS BIG NOG AFTER BEING ALMOST TOTALLY KNOCKED OUT.

Amazing finish. Nog’s arm is broken for sure. Herb Dean stopped the fight when he saw the arm go. Disgusting. That is the first time Big Nog has been submitted and he has been fighting since 1999.
